Play-based Learning Environment
Children are naturally driven to play, and a play-based program nurtures this instinct by using play as a foundation for meaningful learning. Through hands-on exploration, experimentation, and imaginative discovery, children develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. At the same time, they strengthen executive function by practicing focus, memory, and self-regulation in engaging, joyful ways.

Developing the Whole Child
Our program blends the joy of play-based learning with the structure of educational learning centers to support the development of the whole child. Through thoughtfully designed classroom environments, children engage in hands-on play while also exploring early academic concepts in literacy, math, science, and the arts.
By combining the power of play with purposeful instruction, we ensure children meet key developmental milestones and grow into confident, curious learners.

Meals
All of our meals are freshly prepared on-site each day to ensure quality and nutrition. We provide a morning snack, a healthy lunch, and an afternoon snack to keep children energized and ready to learn. Monthly menus are shared with families, offering transparency and the opportunity to plan around dietary needs.
Our meals are thoughtfully designed to meet the health and nutritional needs of all children in our care.
Please note: SMGL is a nut-free facility to help ensure the safety of children with allergies.

Meet the Administrative Team
Our Team is available Monday - Friday to answer any questions you may have.

Owner/ Executive Director
Amy Fehrmann
Amy has always had a passion for children. It was when she became a mom that she knew she needed to create a place children and parents would love and trust. She started her home daycare in 2009 and pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduating in 2013 Amy was dedicated to growing her business and reaching more families. She immediately began writing her business plan and looking for a location to expand. In 2015 all her hard work was celebrated as See Me Grow and Learn opened its doors. It is easy to say that Amy is a great leader, and she is the heart and soul of See Me Grow and Learn.

Director
Frankie Monaco
Frankie has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2002. Originally a K–12 Music Education major, she discovered her true passion for working with young children and changed her focus to Early Childhood Education.
While she loves working with children of all ages, Frankie specializes in infant and toddler care, having spent the majority of her career studying and nurturing children in these early stages of development. Over the years, she has served in every role—from Assistant Teacher to Director—gaining valuable experience and perspective along the way.
Frankie joined See Me Grow and Learn in June 2016. As Director, she oversees daily operations and also manages all things related to our kitchen and food service—from developing our monthly menus to preparing our delicious, home-cooked meals each day.
Outside of work, Frankie is a proud mom of three beautiful children who keep her busy, active, and constantly inspired.
